Record width and height. Note frames, openings, corners, returns, and any surfaces at the edges, as these can affect the layout and required quantity.

Choose your material and pack

Compare face dimensions, thickness, and pack size when choosing material and pack. Choose a pack mix that suits the wall layout and overall quantity requirement, including cuts and spares.

Confirm installation and delivery

Review support, adhesive, lighting, and the overall installation design with your installer so they can assess fixings and site conditions. Inspect delivered tiles before installation for visible condition and quantity. Once the shipment is confirmed ready, you can arrange installers and any specialist handling equipment. For bulk orders, confirm delivery timing, date, access, assistance, and storage readiness before dispatch, and allow enough time to inspect the order on arrival. Salt tiles are hygroscopic and should be kept away from moisture, steam, and high-humidity spaces.

What is the difference between bricks and tiles?

Compare the thickness on each listing. The featured bricks measure 8 × 4 × 2 inches; the featured pink tiles measure 8 × 4 × 1 inch. Both have the same 8 × 4-inch face, so their nominal face coverage is equal.

How do I choose a pack size?

Compare face dimensions and thickness. Add an allowance for your cutting layout and spare pieces.

Do bricks and tiles come with adhesive or lighting?

Check the included-items list for the product you select. Do not assume that a materials pack includes adhesive, lighting, or installation hardware.

Can I arrange a bulk or Canadian delivery?

Contact us with the products, quantity, delivery ZIP or postal code, and access details. Ask us to confirm shipping charges, freight arrangements, and any applicable duties before ordering, and arrange an authorized receiver for delivery and unloading if needed. Discuss unloading arrangements and site access before purchase.

What should I check before installation?

Assess the space, support conditions, moisture exposure, framing strength, and LED heat clearances before materials are installed. Once installed, salt tiles should be cleaned gently and do not need chemical cleaners.
